Although we don't decide where the Party stands on policy issues in this short weekly meeting, it is where we begin to talk about those issues, and it is where our general consensus about those issues most often begins to form. Participating in it is your best shot at influencing (or just understanding) the positions that your friends in the Democratic Party will take. Will you join us next week?
