Committee Meetings
All meetings of the Tillamook County Democratic Party are open to the public, and anyone is welcome to attend. Our meetings are virtual, using one of the rooms at https://tillcodems.org/attend-a-virtual-meeting, unless otherwise noted. In-person meetings always provide a remote attendance option.
The work of our committees is governed not only by our bylaws, but also by written policies. The Governance Committee keeps copies of all Approved Policies in its Committees —> Governance —> Approved Policies folder.
All of our committees need more members, and more participation and involvement even from those who can’t join as members. Just show up at a meeting and ask questions!

Please follow the naming convention for your file:
[Committee Name] Committee Meeting [MM-DD-YYYY]
Click on the appropriate link below for your committee. The link takes you to the repository for your committee.
There are two ways to post your minutes:
o Locate the file on your computer and drag and drop it into the folder, or
o Click “New” in the upper left corner, then “File Upload”. A pop-up will open allowing you to select the file from your computer. Click “Open”. The file will upload.
A word about directory permissions – Everyone has access to VIEW these files. Only committee chairs and/or their designees have EDIT access. If you need access and don’t have it, please contact terri1130@aol.com.
