The first — the one thing you should read this week if you don’t read anything else — is this alarming news, which should serve as a clarion call to people of good will in our county:

We also chose to recommend this reminder of the incredible value of our clear-headed military leadership on this Veterans Day. Would our democracy have survived January 6th without the push-back from the Joint Chiefs? This article points to another instance in which our retired and active-duty military leaders show a broad perspective that our country desperately needs:
