In this morning’s Short Read of the Week we had a wide-ranging discussion influenced by yesterday’s astonishing events related to Republican attempts to overturn the presidential election results — we had so much good reading in the articles that were suggested on that subject. Ultimately, however, our unanimous recommendation was about an issue closer to home:
